Honey glazed oats pancake is a healthy version of pancake. This pancake is 100% gluten free. Honey glazed oats pancake can be served as breakfast or brunch.

Ingredients
  

  • Cooking oats - 11/2 cup
  • Milk - 1 cup
  • Eggs - 2
  • Butter - 2 to 3 tablespoon
  • Salt - a pinch
  • Baking Powder - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Sugar - 1 tablespoon
  • Cinnamon powder - a pinch
  • Honey - 3 to 4 tablespoon

Instructions
 

  • Take the cooking oats in a blender and blend it until becomes a smooth powder.
  • Now take oats flour in a bowl and add baking powder, salt and cinnamon and mix well.
  • In another bowl take milk, sugar and melted butter (11/2 tablespoon). Mix them well.
  • Now add eggs into the wet mixture and mix well once again.
  • Slowly add the dry mixture (oats flour mixture) into the wet mixture and mix well to avoid any lumps.
  • Heat a non-stick pan and grease with butter. Add a ladle full of batter into it and cook until one side becomes golden brown in colour.
  • When one side is cooked, flip the other side and cook it.
  • Take the pancake out in a serving plate and drizzle honey from top.
