Ingredients
- Cooking oats - 11/2 cup
- Milk - 1 cup
- Eggs - 2
- Butter - 2 to 3 tablespoon
- Salt - a pinch
- Baking Powder - 1/2 teaspoon
- Sugar - 1 tablespoon
- Cinnamon powder - a pinch
- Honey - 3 to 4 tablespoon

Instructions
- Take the cooking oats in a blender and blend it until becomes a smooth powder.
- Now take oats flour in a bowl and add baking powder, salt and cinnamon and mix well.
- In another bowl take milk, sugar and melted butter (11/2 tablespoon). Mix them well.
- Now add eggs into the wet mixture and mix well once again.
- Slowly add the dry mixture (oats flour mixture) into the wet mixture and mix well to avoid any lumps.
- Heat a non-stick pan and grease with butter. Add a ladle full of batter into it and cook until one side becomes golden brown in colour.
- When one side is cooked, flip the other side and cook it.
- Take the pancake out in a serving plate and drizzle honey from top.
