Cooking oats - 11/2 cup
Milk - 1 cup
Eggs - 2
Butter - 2 to 3 tablespoon
Salt - a pinch
Baking Powder - 1/2 teaspoon
Sugar - 1 tablespoon
Cinnamon powder - a pinch
Honey - 3 to 4 tablespoon
Take the cooking oats in a blender and blend it until becomes a smooth powder.
Now take oats flour in a bowl and add baking powder, salt and cinnamon and mix well.
In another bowl take milk, sugar and melted butter (11/2 tablespoon). Mix them well.
Now add eggs into the wet mixture and mix well once again.
Slowly add the dry mixture (oats flour mixture) into the wet mixture and mix well to avoid any lumps.
Heat a non-stick pan and grease with butter. Add a ladle full of batter into it and cook until one side becomes golden brown in colour.
When one side is cooked, flip the other side and cook it.
Take the pancake out in a serving plate and drizzle honey from top.
