Ingredients
  

  • 100 gm Ragi flour
  • 1 teaspoon sesame seeds
  • 5 teaspoon grated coconut
  • ¼ cup Moong dal soaked
  • 2 pcs small onion
  • â…› tsp asafoetida powder
  • 2 green chilli
  • 2 teaspoon ghee
  • 1 cup coriander leaves
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 4 - 5 curry leaves
  • 1 teaspoon mustard seeds

Instructions
 

  • Firstly roast the Ragi flour in an empty wok.
  • In a Ragi flour add ghee and 2 tbsp water.

  • Now sieve it. Add soaked Moong dal and mix well.

  • Steam it for 5 minutes.

  • In a pan add ghee heat it add mustard seeds, sesame seeds, asafoetida powder.

  • Add onion, green chilli and saute it.

  • Add coriander leaves, grated coconut and mix it well.

  • In a Ragi flour mixture add salt and saute mixture.

  • Add 1 tsp ghee and make shape of kozhukattai with your palm.
