Coconut supports immune system healthy. It is antiviral, anti bacterial, anti fungal and parasite. Provides a natural source of quick energy and enhances physical and athletic performance. Improves digestion and absorption of nutrient, vitamins and minerals. Here I used which our grandma also used and this is a traditional recipe.

Ingredients
  

  • Coconut paste 1 cup
  • Sugar syrup concentrated 1/2 cup
  • Camphor 1 pinch
  • Green cardamom powder 1/4 tsp
  • Camphor 1pinch

Instructions
 

  • Make a paste of coconut and white seamen.
  • Heat a frying pan add coconut paste stir then add sesame paste stir continuously.
  • Add sugar syrup keep on stirring gradually it will sticky. Now add cardamom powder.
  • Mix well it will become a non sticky dough add camphor. Wait for reducing temperature.
  • Then give shape like ladoo with both hands.

Notes

Don’t use Puja camphor, it should be edible camphor.
