Spinach Corn Sandwich is a great breakfast and also perfect to pack in kids lunch box. Sandwiches make a great food if you choose to use the right ingredients for the filling.

Ingredients
  

  • 10 spinach leaves
  • 1/2 cup sweet corn kernels boiled
  • 2 tablespoon hung curd
  • 4 tablespoon aloo bhujiya
  • 8 bread slices
  • 2 garlic pods
  • Salt
  • 1 green chili
  • Butter as required

Instructions
 

  • Remove stem from spinach leaves. Boil water in wok n blanch spinach leaves in it for minute. Transfer it in mixer jar.
  • Add salt, green chili, hungcurd, garlic and aloo bhujiya. Grind all the ingredients into fine paste. Transfer it in bowl. Mix boiled sweet corn kernels in it n mix it.
  • Cut the edges of bread slices. Apply butter on each one side of bread. Spread the mixture evenly on 4 bread slices, cover with the remaining slices.
  • Heat 1 tablespoon butter on nonstick pan. Toast them on hot pan till evenly golden on both sides. Transfer it to a plate.
  • Cut each sandwich into 2 pieces and serve hot with hot cup of tea.

If u r making this for kids then use no spicy bhujiya (sada bhujiya)
