Dill leaves are very healthy and nutritious. I have a included dill leaves into parathas. Dill leave parathas are flavourful as it has dill along with some dry spices. It is a very good lunchbox recipe.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup Whole Wheat Flour
  • 1/4 cup Dill Leaves
  • Salt to taste
  • 4 to 5 tbsp Refined oil
  • 1/4 teaspoon Garam masala powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Chili Powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Cumin Powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Coriander powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Dry Mango Powder

Instructions
 

  • Clean and finely chop dill leaves.
  • Take flour in a bowl and add all the dry spices and add a tablespoon of oil.
  • Mix the ingredients well and add chopped dill leaves into it and make a smooth dough.
  • Allow to rest the dough for at least 20 minutes.
  • Later divide the dough in equal sized balls.
  • Dust flour and roll each ball into a round roti or square shape paratha.
  • Heat a skillet and cook the rolled parathas on both side and drizzle little oils to fry them well.
  • Serve the hot parathas with pickle or curd or any side dish.
