This is an easy and quick recipe in my style, chicken served by people in many way, my thought is always to do different different works for cooking in the kitchen so here m going to show how to prepare White Cream Chicken.

Ingredients
- 750 gm Chicken (wash n clean)
- 2 cup Curd
- 1-2 tsp Salt (or as per taste)
- 1 tsp White Pepper Powder
- 6 Green Chillies (slit)
- 4 large Onion (or paste fine paste)
- 1 tbsp Ginger Garlic Paste
- 1 cup Cream (fresh)
- 8 no cashews (soak n grind into fine paste cashewnuts)
- 2 tbsp Garnishing (or coriander fresh chopped coriander for)
- 1 tbsp Kasuri Methi
- 2 Cardamom
- 5 Black Pepper Corns
- 3 cloves Cloves
- 1 stick Cinnamon
- 1 Bayleaf (bayleaf)
- 1 tsp Cumin Seed
- 2 tbsp Oil

Instructions
- Marinate chicken with curd, ginger garlic paste, salt, white pepper powder and 2 green chilies refrigerate for an hour.
- Heat oil in wok add bayleaf, cloves, green cardamom, black pepper corns, cinnamon and cumin seeds when cumin seeds get brown.
- Add onion paste n saute till the onion change the color in brown.
- Add marinated chicken, green chilies cover the lid n cook till the chicken done
- Add 1 1/2 tablespoons coriander leaves, kasuri methi, cashew paste and fresh cream mix well n again cook it for 5 min on low flame.
- White Creamy chicken is ready to serve. Serve this with roti, naan or chapati.
