About Virgin Pineapple Mint Mojito
Mojito is a legendary Cuban drink known for its blend of white rum, lime juice, soda, and fresh mint leaves. While the classic version is a cocktail, I love creating a non-alcoholic twist—also called a virgin mojito—that everyone can enjoy. This time, I decided to give the classic a tropical makeover with juicy pineapple, and the result was a Virgin Pineapple Mint Mojito that tasted just awesome!
The combination of sweet, tangy pineapple and cooling mint makes this drink incredibly refreshing and perfect for any occasion. It's a vibrant, alcohol-free beverage that’s sure to impress guests with its unique flavor and colorful presentation. If you’re planning a party at home or just want to treat yourself, this Virgin Pineapple Mint Mojito is a must-try for a splash of tropical delight!

Additional Tips
- For an extra burst of pineapple flavor, muddle a few small pineapple chunks with the mint and sugar before adding the liquids, rather than relying solely on pineapple juice.
- If you prefer a smoother texture, strain the drink after muddling to remove mint and pineapple fibers before topping with club soda.
- To create a striking presentation, rim the glass with a mixture of sugar and finely grated lemon zest, and garnish with a pineapple wedge and a sprig of fresh mint.
- For a make-ahead party option, prepare a concentrated mint-pineapple syrup in advance and simply combine with soda water and ice when ready to serve.
