Who will not love brownies being a chocolate lover? The instant healthy brownie mix helps to bake brownies fast and satisfy chocolate cravings.
Classic Choco chip brownies and Triple chocolate truffle brownies are the two variations that are tried and tasted using this brownie mix. Each brownie can be sliced into 10 - 15 pieces depending on the dimensions your prefer.

Ingredients
  

Brownie Mix

  • 2½ cups Whole wheat flour
  • 1 to 1 1/4 cup Sugar of your choice, finely powdered, I used 1 cup of finely powdered granulated sugar
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • ½ cup Cocoa powder unsweetened
  • 1 tsp Baking powder
  • tsp Baking soda
  • 1 tsp Instant coffee powder

Variation 1: Classic Choco chip brownie

  • cup Brownie mix
  • ½ cup Curd thick
  • ¼ cup Milk
  • ½ tsp Vanilla essence
  • 1/3 cup Oil
  • ¼ cup Choco chips dark

Variation 2 : Triple Chocolate Truffle brownies

  • cup Brownie mix
  • ½ cup Curd thick,
  • ¼ cup Milk Choco chips +1/8 cup
  • ½ tsp Vanilla essence
  • 1 tsp Oil
  • ¼ cup Chocolate chips dark

Instructions
 

Brownie Mix

  • In a big bowl mix all the ingredients together using a dry spatula. Sieve well and place in an air tight container.

Classic Choco chip brownie

  • Gently beat curd and add oil, vanilla essence. Give it a mix.
  • Add the brownie mix, milk. Fold gently until no lumps.(Do not over-mix any brownie batter). Incorporate the choco chips. Preheat oven @180c and grease a rectangular baking pan and align a parchment sheet.
  • Pour the brownie batter into the prepared pan, level using a spatula and bake @180 for 30 mins. Slice and serve once the brownie is completely cooled.

Triple Chocolate Truffle brownies

  • Melt milk chocolate chips with 1 tsp of oil and allow it to cool
  • Gently beat curd, add oil and essence. Mix well
  • Add the melted chocolate and mix.
  • Fold in gently the brownie mix until there are no lumps. Add the dark chocolate chips.
  • Preheat oven @180c and grease a rectangular baking pan and align a parchment sheet.
  • Pour the brownie batter into the prepared pan, level using a spatula and bake @180 for 30 mins. Slice and serve once the brownie is completely cooled.

Notes

The recipe for instant brownie mix yields appromixately 5 cups (250 ml)
Both these brownies are eggless. You can try using eggs by replacing ¼ curd = 1 egg
You can replace oil with melted butter if you wish.
The cooking time and the preparation time are collectively specified for all the brownies as well as the instant mix.
