Mojito is a traditional Cuban highball. Traditionally, a mojito is a cocktail.
200 gm mint leaves

Take sugar in a vessel, add water to it. Turn on flame let it cook until sugar dissolves, stir at intervals.

Strain the pulp with strainer and separate the pulp.
Fill the syrup in a bottle and use for a perfect drink.
For serving - Put ice cubes in a glass, add 3 tbsp fresh mint mojito syrup. Add soda, a lemon slice and mint leaves too. Relish this Fresh mint mojito anytime.
