Ingredients
- Zucchini medium sized
- Salt 2 big pinches
- Red chilli powder as preferred or 1/4 teaspoon
- White pepper powder 1 big pinch for sprinkling
- Garlic powder 1/4 teaspoon
- Butter 1.5 tablespoons

Instructions
- Clean , dry and cut zucchini into thin round slices . Dry them completely under fan .
- Heat butter in a grilled pan . Add salt . Add garlic powder .
- Add the dried zucchini slices . Give a quick toss without breaking the slices . Slow grill in low heat . Keep flipping sides now and then for even grilling .
- Sprinkle red chilli powder initially . Sprinkle white pepper powder finally once the chips are grilled to golden colour with a crispy texture .
- Buttery Zucchini Grilled Chips are ready .
Notes
Don’t drizzle even a drop of water.
