- 1.5 cup wheat flour
- Salt as per taste
- 1/2 cup beetroot puree
- 1/4 cup palak puree
- 2 tbsp carrot puree
- 2 tsp oil
- 1 cup paneer cubes
- 1 cup bell peppers cubes
- 1 cup onion cubes
- 2 tsp ginger garlic paste
- Salt as per taste
- 1/2 tsp haldi for carrot dough
- Coriander leaves
- 1 tbsp oil
- 1 tsp jeera
- Hing
- 1 tbsp chilli sauce
- 1 tsp garam masala
- 1 tsp chaat masala
- 1 lemon juice
- Green chutney
- Mayo
- Carrot and radish salad

- Take 1 cup flour add beet puree,salt and oil and make a dough with water.take 3/4 flour and add palak puree,salt and oil and make a dough with water.take remaining half cup of flour,carrot puree salt and oil and make dough.
- Make a roll if carrot dough by rolling with palm and then roll down palak dough to wrap carrot roll in it.put carrot roll in it and cover with palak dough.then roll down beet dough bigger then palak roll and roll palak roll in it and cover with it.
- Now cut it in equal parts press a little and roll down tritiya and cook from both sides.make all torta.heat oil add jeera,hing,onion and saute.add bell peppers cook and add paneer.add all spices and sauce.
- Take tricolour torta and apply green chutney upon it.then add filling and make tight roll.dizzle mayo and serve with salad
