Cheesy Oats Kebab With Yoghurt Mayo Dip

Ingredients
- 3 medium sized potatoes
- 5 heaped tbsp oats
- 1 teaspoon oregano
- 1 teaspoon basil leaves
- 1 teaspoon chilli flakes
- 1 teaspoon finely chopped green chillies
- 2 tbsp finely chopped capsicum
- 2 tbsp finely chopped coriander leaves
- 50 gms mozarella cheese
- 3 teaspoon cornflour for coating
- Salt
- oil for frying
- Ingredients for dip
- 3 tbsp thick curd
- 3 tbsp mayonnaise
- 3 tbsp tomato ketchup
- 1/2 teaspoon chilli flakes
- 1/2 teaspoon lemon juice
- Green and black olives for garnish

Instructions
- Boil and mash the potatoes. Add the oats, chopped capsicum, chopped coriander leaves and green chillies. Add chilli flakes, oregano and basil leaves and mix well. Add 2 tsp cornflour and salt as per taste. Mix well and make a soft dough.
- Divide the mixture into 8 equal portions and shape into kebabs by rolling and pressing.
- Take a kebab and place a small cube of mozarella cheese in it and again close the kebab and give it shape. Repeat the same process for the rest of the kebabs.
- Take the remaining cornflour and mix with water to make a thin batter. Dip the kebabs in it and roll in the 3 tbsp of oats kept separately. When coated evenly deep fry in medium heat oil till golden brown.
- To make the dip mix all the ingredients for the dip and chill for an hour. Garnish with green and black olive slices. Serve the hot kebabs with the chilled dip.
