  • 1 Tender coconut flesh from 1 big tender coconut
  • 2 1/2 Milk Frozen milk, Keep at room temperature for about and hour
  • 10 Almonds soaked overnight
  • 1/3 cup Sugar -
  • 1/4 cup Tender coconut water


  • Remove the skin from the soaked almonds.
  • Then blend together the almonds, tender coconut flesh and tender coconut water together, to form a smooth mixture.
  • Now add this mix to the ice cold milk. Use frozen milk. And remember to keep the milk at room temperature for at least one hour before preparing this shake.
  • Add sugar and then blend well again to form a creamy milk shake.
  • Serve cold with ice cubes.
