Ingredients
 

  • 4 slice Bread
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 1/2 tsp Cardamom Powder
  • 1/4 cup Sugar
  • 6 spoon Desi Ghee
  • 1-2 Fruits dry
  • 1/4 cup Grated Coconut

Instructions
 

  • Grind bread coarsely. Soak bread crumbs in milk for 15 min. Now in pan heat ghee fry grated coconut.stir it well.after add soaked bread.add little milk.mix well Now add cardamom powder and sugar
  • Stir it well.add ghee.after 5-10 min it leaves side of the pan.after add dry fruits.now pour it into greasted butter or gheeplate to make a shape.yummy tasty bread barfi is ready
