  • 1 pack Cream fresh
  • 200 ml Condensed Milk
  • 1 cup Coconut or malai tender malai
  • 30 gm Dark Chocolate
  • 1 bowl Chocolate disposable for


  • Firstly beat the cream with beater for 2 minutes.
  • Add 200ml condensed milk beat again for 2 - 3 minutes.
  • Now beat the coconut malai.
  • Add the coconut malai in it
  • Pour the ice-cream milk in the mould cover with lid and keep it freezer for 4 - 5 hours.
  • For chocolate bowl - melt the dark chocolate in microwave for 2 minutes.
  • Take a disposable bowl and spread the melted chocolate in it with a spoon.
  • Keep it freeze for 3 minutes.
  • Chocolate Bowl is set now. Again coat with chocolate and keep freeze for 3 - 4 minutes.
  • Now demould the chocolate Bowl.
  • After 5 hours our tender coconut ice-cream is ready.
  • Serve in chocolate bowl.
