Ingredients

- Mango Pulp to taste

- 1-2 tsp Moringa Masala
- 2-3 clove Garlic
- 1-2 Chillies green
- 1/4 cup Mint Leaves
- 1/4 cup Cilantro Leaves
- 1 Tbsp Flaxseed
- Salt to taste

- Peel the pears and cut them into bite-sized pieces.
- Chop the guavas into similar-sized pieces.
- To make the chutney, combine garlic cloves, green chilies, mint leaves, cilantro leaves, flaxseed, and salt in a food processor or mortar and pestle.
- Grind or crush the ingredients until a smooth paste forms. This chutney adds a vibrant, spicy kick to the chaat.
- In a bowl, gently combine the chopped pears and guavas.
- Add the prepared chutney and mix well, ensuring the fruit is evenly coated.
