Ingredients
 

Noodles & Vegetables

  • 1 pack Noodles halal preferred; any type of noodle works, like egg noodles, or even spaghetti.
  • 10 oz Baby Corn fresh or frozen
  • 1 cup Carrots sliced or diced
  • 1 cup Bell Peppers any color, sliced
  • 1/2 cup Broccoli

Prepare the Noodles

  • Boil noodles according to package directions. Drain and rinse with cold water to prevent sticking. Set aside.

Sauté Vegetables

  • Heat olive oil in a wok or large skillet over medium-high heat. Add baby corn and sauté for 2-3 minutes until slightly tender-crisp. Add carrots and bell peppers and cook for another 2-3 minutes. Add broccoli and cook for 1-2 minutes until tender-crisp.

Combine and Simmer

  • Stir in tomato sauce, soy sauce (if using), white vinegar, salt, and pepper. Add the cooked noodles and toss everything together until well combined and heated through.

Finish and Serve

  • Remove from heat and stir in the chili flakes and oregano. Serve immediately. Garnish with fresh herbs (optional).
