Ingredients
Dry Ingredients
- 100 gm Puffed Rice
- 50 gm Flattened Rice poha
- 4 piece Papadums
- 50 gm Cornflakes
- 50 gm Peanuts salted or unsalted, roasted, your preference
Spices & Seasoning
- 2 tsp Chaat Masala
- 1 tsp Chili Powder adjust to your spice preference, red
- 1 tsp Dry Mango Powder dried mango powder
- 0.5 tsp Salt black
- 1 tbsp Lemon Juice freshly squeezed, adds a bright tang
- 2 tbsp Coriander finely chopped, for garnish

- Vegetable Oil as needed for frying
Instructions
Prepare the Fried Ingredients
- Heat a small amount of oil in a pan over medium heat. Fry the papadums until crisp, then set aside to cool and break into smaller pieces. Fry the cornflakes and peanuts separately until lightly browned. Fry the flattened rice until slightly crispy, being careful not to burn it.
Combine Ingredients
- In a large bowl, combine the puffed rice, crushed fried papadums, fried flattened rice, fried cornflakes, and fried peanuts.
Season and Serve
- Add the chaat masala, red chili powder, amchur powder, and black salt to the mixture. Drizzle with lemon juice and mix gently until everything is evenly coated. Garnish with freshly chopped cilantro and serve immediately.
