- 1/4 cup Papad crushed
- 1/4 cup Peanuts roasted
- 1/4 cup Flattened Rice roasted
- 1 tsp Chili Powder red
- 1 tsp Chaat Masala
- 1/2 tsp Salt black
- 1/2 tsp Salt or to taste
For Tempering
- 1 tbsp Mustard Seeds
- 5-6 leaves Curry Leaves
- 1-2 Chilies adjust to taste, finely chopped, green
- 1 tbsp Oil vegetable or canola oil
Instructions
Preparing the Spice Mix
- Combine puffed rice, crushed papad, roasted peanuts, flattened rice, red chili powder, chaat masala, black salt, and salt in a large bowl. Mix well to ensure all ingredients are evenly distributed.
Tempering the Spices
