Eggs & Aromatics

  • 2 Eggs
  • 1/2 medium Onion finely chopped
  • 1/2 medium Tomato finely chopped, seeds and pulp removed
  • 1 tbsp Coriander finely chopped (fresh coriander)

  • 1 tbsp Oil vegetable or canola oil

Prepare the Egg Mixture

  • Whisk together the eggs, chopped onion, tomato, cilantro, turmeric powder, garam masala, black pepper, red chili powder, and salt in a bowl until light and frothy.

Cook the Omelette

  • Heat the oil in a non-stick skillet over medium-low heat. Pour the egg mixture into the skillet and spread it evenly to form a thin layer.

Set the Omelette
