  • 150 gm Lamb Or Goat Brain cleaned and roughly chopped. ensure it's sourced from a reputable butcher.

  • Clean and roughly chop the lamb or goat brain into medium-sized pieces.

Blend the Omelette Mixture

  • In a blender, combine the eggs, brain pieces, salt, turmeric powder, garam masala, and chili powder. Blend until the mixture is light and fluffy.

Prepare the Aromatics

  • Finely chop the onion and coriander leaves.

Combine and Cook

  • Pour the blended mixture into a bowl. Add the chopped onions and coriander, and stir well to combine.
  • Heat the oil in a non-stick pan over medium heat. Spoon the mixture into the pan, spreading it evenly to form an omelette.
