Ingredients
Noodles & Sev
- 100 gm Noodles boiled and deep-fried until crispy. any thin noodle variety will work.
- 1/2 cup Chickpea Noodle crispy chickpea flour noodles
Vegetables
- 1/2 cup Bell Peppers finely chopped, any color
- 1 Onion finely chopped
- 1 Tomato finely chopped
- 1/2 cup Cabbage finely grated
Seasonings & Sauces
- 2 Chili finely chopped, adjust to your spice preference, green
- 2 tbsp Coriander fresh, chopped
- 1/2 tsp Chili Powder adjust to your spice preference, red
- 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
- 2 tbsp Tomato Sauce or a combination of sweet and hot sauce
- 2 tbsp Peanut Oil for frying peanuts
- 2 tbsp Peanuts roasted and roughly chopped
- 1.5 tsp Salt or to taste
Instructions
Prepare the Vegetables
- Chop the capsicum, onion, tomato, and green chilies finely. Finely grate the cabbage. Chop the coriander.
Combine Ingredients
- In a large bowl, combine the chopped vegetables, coriander, green chilies, red chili powder, salt, lemon juice, and tomato sauce. Mix well.
Add Noodles and Sev
- Crush the boiled and deep-fried noodles into smaller pieces. Add the crushed noodles and sev to the vegetable mixture. Mix thoroughly to combine.
