Ingredients
Bhel Base
- 1 cup Puffed Rice
- 1/2 cup Peanuts or use a pre-made mixture of roasted peanuts and lentils, roasted
- 1/2 cup Nylon Sev

- 1 tbsp Chilies finely chopped, green
- 1/2 cup Onion finely chopped
- 1/2 cup Tomatoes finely chopped
- 1 tbsp Tamarind Chutney optional, adds extra tang
- 1/2 tbsp Chaat Masala
- 1/2 tsp Salt kala namak, black
- 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
- 1 tbsp Coriander finely chopped, for garnish
Instructions
Prepare the Ingredients
- Finely chop the green chilies, onions, tomatoes, and coriander.
Combine in a Jar
- In a large jar or container, add the puffed rice, roasted peanuts, nylon sev, chopped vegetables, tamarind chutney (if using), chaat masala, black salt, and lemon juice.
Mix and Serve
