If you are looking to prepare chicken feet for lunch or dinner so first cut the nails of chicken feet. Boil it n remove skin. This one is really simply awesome.

Ingredients
- 12 Chicken (nos feet)
- 2 Spring Onion (chopped)
- 4 Green Chillies
- 3 tbsp Capsicum (finely chopped)
- 2 tsp Soy Sauce
- 1 tsp Green Chili Sauce
- 1/2 tsp Ajinomoto
- 1 tsp Ginger (or garlic finely chopped n garlic)
- 3 tbsp Oil

Instructions
- Heat oil in pan, add ginger and garlic, saute for minute on high flame.
- Add spring onion, capsicum and green chilies, saute it till it get soft.
- Add salt, ajinomoto, soy sauce, green chili sauce. Mix it really well.
- Now add boiled and peeled chicken feet n mix it gently. Cover the lid cook for 3 minutes on low flame. Switch off the flame.
- Soy chili chicken feet ready to eat. Serve in plate garnish with coriander leaves and serve this hot.
Recipe Notes
Before cooking chicken feet cut the nails of chicken feet and boil it. Remove the skin and then only cook.
