Chili Chicken feet is very popular chinese recipe. This recipe is as similar with chicken chili. But before this you have to boil feet for 5min on hogh flame n then have to peel skin.

Ingredients
  

  • 10 nos chicken feet
  • 1/3 cup cube sliced onion
  • 1/3 cup cube sliced capsicum
  • 1 cup chopped spring onion green part
  • 4 slit green chilies
  • Sakt as required
  • 1 teaspoon red chili powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Ajinomoto
  • A pinch of red food color
  • 2 tablespoon Oil

Instructions
 

  • Cut the nails of chicken feet. Washed it in running water.
  • Take 700ml water in wok, add some salt and chicken feet in water n boiled for 5minutes on medium high flame. Drain water and remove skin from Chicken feet. Keep aside.
  • Heat oil in deep pan, saute ginger garlic for 15seconds on medium flame.
  • Add onion, capsicum, 1/2 cup spring onion n saute for minute on high flame.
  • Add green chilies, salt, red chili powder, ajinomoto, red food color, mix it well.
  • Add Chicken feet n gently mix it well. Transfer it to a plate.

  • Garnish with Spring Onion n serve hot.
