Expert Tips for the Perfect Mango Panna Cotta
- Use high-quality mangoes for the best flavor. Look for ripe mangoes that are fragrant and slightly soft to the touch.
- Don't overheat the cream mixture. Overheating can cause the panna cotta to become grainy.
- For a smoother panna cotta, strain the mango puree through a fine-mesh sieve before adding it to the cream mixture.
- If you want to make this ahead, you can prepare the panna cotta up to 2 days in advance. Store it in the refrigerator until ready to serve.
