Recipe Notes
Expert Tips for the Perfect Coconut Panna Cotta
- Use full-fat coconut milk for the creamiest texture. Light coconut milk will result in a less rich panna cotta.
- Don't overheat the coconut milk mixture; this can cause the gelatin to not set properly. Keep the heat low and stir constantly.
- For a more intense coconut flavor, add a tablespoon of toasted coconut flakes to the coconut milk mixture while it’s heating.
- Get creative with your garnish! Consider adding fresh berries, shredded coconut, or a drizzle of honey for extra flair.
