Shikarni “Nepalese Sweet Dessert”

Ingredients
- 200 gm Yoghurt
- 10 gm Cinnamon Powder
- 5 gm Red raisin
- 10 gm Cashew nuts
- 10 gm dry figs
- 8 gm dry peach
- 3 gm cardamom powder
- 15 gm Icing sugar optional
- 20 ml cream optional
- 10 gm Pistachio chopped
Instructions
- Take a mixing bowl enough to hold the quantity of yoghurt.
- Pour yoghurt, cream and icing sugar together. Start whisking altogether and if you don't want too sweet you can remove icing sugar from it.
- After you mix the ingredients above, when the consistency is fluffy and smooth then add the other ingredients altogether.
- Don't mix too much let the dry nuts be crunchy still while other ingredients can be well mixed.
- After mixing done taste the sweetness from the mixer . If you find the sweetness is enough for you then pour in a bowl where you want to serve.
- Sprinkle some nuts crushed roughly on top and garnish with fresh mint to make it wow.
Notes
- You can add any sort of dry fruits and nuts you love in your yoghurt. Sugar is always an optional to your recipe.
- You can skip the sugar if you are not sweet lover since we know yoghurt contains natural sugar in it which makes it tasty.
