- 250 gm Chicken Breast boneless, cut into 1-inch cubes
- 1 cup Onion paste
- 2 tbsp Ginger-Garlic Paste
- 1 tbsp Chili Powder adjust to your spice preference, red
- 1/2 cup Yogurt greek yogurt can be substituted, hung
- 1 tsp Garam Masala
- 2 tbsp Gram Flour adds a nutty flavor and texture, besan, roasted
- 1.5 tsp Salt or to taste
- 1 tbsp Lemon Juice freshly squeezed
Cooking & Serving
- 2 tbsp Vegetable Oil or as needed
- 1 medium Onion for serving, thinly sliced
- 1 Lemon for serving, wedges
