  • 2 cup Yogurt plain yogurt, chilled (greek yogurt works well)
  • 2 cup Milk whole milk or your preferred milk, chilled
  • 1/4 cup Sugar adjust to your sweetness preference
  • 4 tbsp Rooh Afza rose-flavored syrup; adjust to taste
  • 1 1/2 cup Ice Cubes

For Garnish

  • 1/4 cup Almonds slivered or chopped, for garnish

Prepare the Lassi

  • Combine chilled yogurt, milk, and sugar in a blender.
