Ingredients

- 1 medium Beetroot grated
For the Lemonade
- 2 tbsp Lemon Juice
- 2-4 tbsp Sugar or honey, to taste
- 4 cup Water
- 1 tsp Rose Syrup rooh afza or other preferred syrup, rose-flavored syrup
- 1-2 thin slices Beetroot for garnish

- First, grate the beetroot. Squeeze out all the juice from the grated beetroot using a cheesecloth or fine-mesh sieve and set aside.
