- 1.5 leaves Mint Leaves fresh
- 1/4 tsp Salt black
- 1/4 tsp Cumin Seeds roasted and ground
- cubes Ice Cubes as needed
- cup Water as needed, chilled
Instructions
Prepare the Mango Paste
- Dry roast cumin seeds in a small pan until fragrant. Grind into a powder.
- Wash and peel 3 raw mangoes. Grate the mangoes.
- In a blender, combine the grated mangoes, 1/2 cup sugar, and 2 tablespoons of water. Blend until smooth and creamy.
- Transfer the mango paste to an airtight container. It can be stored in the refrigerator for 3-4 days.

- Add 2 tablespoons of mango paste to a glass.
