- 2 Mangoes medium size, peeled and chopped, raw
Herbs & Spices
- 1 cup Coriander also known as coriander, packed
- 1/2 cup Mint Leaves
- 4 Chilies adjust to your spice preference, green
- 2 Scallions finely chopped, white and light green parts only
Seasoning
- 1.5 tsp Salt or to taste
- 1 tsp Sugar optional, to balance tartness
- 1/2 tsp Lime Juice for extra zing, optional

Prepare the Ingredients
- Peel and chop the raw mangoes. Finely chop the cilantro, mint leaves, and scallions.
Blend the Chutney
- Combine all ingredients in a blender or food processor.
- Blend until coarsely ground. Do not over-process; you want some texture.
