  • Peel all the fruits. Roughly chop the apple.

Blend the Apple

  • Blend the chopped apple in a blender for a few seconds to soften it.

Mash the Fruits

  • In a large mixing bowl, combine all the fruits and sugar. Gently mash them together using your fingers or a potato masher until well combined. Remove any large seeds from the fruits during this process.

Chill and Serve

  • Refrigerate the Palarasam for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld and the drink to chill.
  • Serve chilled or at room temperature. If desired, sprinkle with brown sugar before serving.
