Fruit & Oats
- 1 Banana chopped, ripe
- 1/4 cup Rolled Oats
Sweetener & Flavor
- 1-2 tbsp Nannari Syrup adjust to taste
Nuts & Seeds
- 5-7 Almonds raw or roasted, roughly chopped
- 1 tsp Flax Seeds
- 1 tsp Basil Seeds (sweet basil seeds, also known as sabja seeds)
Other
- 3-4 cubes Ice Cubes

- Combine milk, banana, rolled oats, nannari syrup, almonds, flax seeds, and ice cubes in a blender.
Blending
- Blend until completely smooth. If using basil seeds, add them during blending for a smoother texture; otherwise, reserve for topping.
