Ingredients
Chia Seed Pudding
- 4 tbsp Chia Seeds
- 1/2 cup Soy Milk or any milk of your choice
- 1/2 tsp Cardamom Powder also known as elaichi, ground cardamom
- 1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract
Parfait Layers
- 1 cup Muesli And Cornflakes Mix or your favorite granola
- 2 tbsp Nuts And Raisins almonds, and raisins. adjust to your preference., mixed, walnuts
Garnish
- 2 tbsp Mango diced, for garnish
Instructions
Prepare the Chia Seed Pudding
- Combine chia seeds, soy milk, vanilla extract, and cardamom powder in a bowl. Stir well to combine. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour, or preferably overnight, to allow the chia seeds to absorb the liquid and form a pudding.
Make the Mango Puree
- Blend the ripe mango with 2-3 ice cubes in a blender until smooth and creamy. If needed, add a tablespoon of milk or water to achieve desired consistency.
