Recipe Notes
Expert Tips for the Perfect Parfait:
- For a smoother pudding, use a high-quality blender to combine the ingredients before adding the chia seeds.
- Adjust the sweetness according to your preference. Taste the pudding before chilling and add more sweetener if needed.
- If your chia seeds are particularly dry, soak them in a small amount of water for 5-10 minutes before adding them to the pudding mixtures. This will help them absorb liquid more effectively and create a creamier texture.
- Get creative with your toppings! Try adding toasted pecans, coconut flakes, chocolate shavings, or a sprinkle of pumpkin pie spice for extra flavor and visual appeal.
