  • 2 cup Milk dairy milk or your favorite plant-based milk (e.g., almond, coconut, soy)
  • 1 cup Mango Pulp fresh or frozen; you can also use 1 ripe mango, peeled and chopped
  • 1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract or scrape seeds from 1/2 vanilla bean for a richer flavor
  • 1/2 cup Ice Cubes optional, for a colder smoothie

Instructions
 

Prepare the Chia Seeds

  • Soak chia seeds in 1/4 cup of water for at least 30 minutes, or up to 2 hours, to allow them to absorb the liquid and soften.

Blend the Smoothie
