Recipe Notes
Expert Tips
- Selecting Plums: Choose plums that are dark purple, plump, and soft to the touch for the best flavor and juice content.
- Flavor Variations: For a sweeter taste, blend in 1-2 teaspoons of honey or a few pitted dates. For a zesty kick, add a splash of fresh lime juice before blending.
- Make it a Slushie: For an extra-cooling treat, blend the ingredients with a handful of ice cubes to create a delicious and healthy fruit slushie.
- Storage: Store leftover juice in a sealed glass bottle in the refrigerator for up to 2 days. The juice may separate, so shake it well before serving.
