- 1/4 tsp Jamun Seed Powder optional; sun-dried and powdered jamun seeds (see expert tips)
Instructions
Prepare the Jamun
- Wash and deseed the jamuns.
Blend the Ingredients
- Combine the deseeded jamuns and honey in a blender. Blend until smooth.
- Add the yogurt, milk, and crushed ice. Blend again until the mixture is completely smooth and creamy. If using, add the jamun seed powder at this stage.
Serve
- Pour the smoothie into glasses and serve immediately. Enjoy!
