  • 1/2 tsp Salt black
  • 1/2 tsp Salt adjust to taste
  • 1 tsp Sugar depending on fruit sweetness, or to taste
  • 2 tsp Cumin Seeds lightly roasted for enhanced flavor
  • 1/2 tsp Pepper black, freshly ground, optional
  • 1/2 tsp Chili Powder or to taste; cayenne pepper can be substituted, red
