- 1/2 tsp Salt black
- 1/2 tsp Salt adjust to taste
- 1 tsp Sugar depending on fruit sweetness, or to taste
- 2 tsp Cumin Seeds lightly roasted for enhanced flavor
- 1/2 tsp Pepper black, freshly ground, optional
- 1/2 tsp Chili Powder or to taste; cayenne pepper can be substituted, red
Fruits
- 1 Apple diced, large
- 2 tbsp Pomegranate Seeds
- 1 tbsp Pineapple diced, fresh
Garnish
- 1 tbsp Coriander chopped, for garnish
