- 1 250g packet Fruit Cake berries, britannia fruit cake or similar. can be substituted with fresh fruit (mango, kiwi) for a lighter option.
- 250 gm Ice Cream butterscotch ice cream recommended. vanilla, chocolate, or other flavors are suitable alternatives.
- 2 tbsp Chocolate Syrup
- 1/2 cup Sprinkles cadbury gems or other colorful sprinkles/candies.
Instructions
Assemble the Cool Cool Cake
- Arrange 4 slices of fruit cake in a single layer on a serving plate.
- Spread a layer of butterscotch ice cream evenly over the fruit cake.
- Top with 4 biscuits, arranging them neatly.
- Repeat the layers: fruit cake, ice cream, biscuits.
Finish and Freeze
