  • 1 250g packet Fruit Cake berries, britannia fruit cake or similar. can be substituted with fresh fruit (mango, kiwi) for a lighter option.
  • 250 gm Ice Cream butterscotch ice cream recommended. vanilla, chocolate, or other flavors are suitable alternatives.
  • 2 tbsp Chocolate Syrup
  • 1/2 cup Sprinkles cadbury gems or other colorful sprinkles/candies.

Instructions
 

Assemble the Cool Cool Cake

  • Arrange 4 slices of fruit cake in a single layer on a serving plate.
  • Spread a layer of butterscotch ice cream evenly over the fruit cake.
  • Top with 4 biscuits, arranging them neatly.
  • Repeat the layers: fruit cake, ice cream, biscuits.
