Expert Tips for the Perfect Boondi Raita
- For a richer flavor, use full-fat yogurt. If using low-fat, strain it through cheesecloth for a thicker consistency.
- Toasted cumin seeds add a lovely aroma and depth of flavor. Roast them lightly in a dry pan before grinding.
- Adjust the amount of sugar, salt, and chili powder to suit your taste preferences.
- Don't overmix the raita once you add the boondi, as it can become soggy. Gently fold the ingredients together.
