  • 2 cup Milk cold, whole milk recommended
  • 2-4 tbsp Sugar adjust to your sweetness preference

Prepare the Apples

  • Peel and core the apples. Chop them into medium-sized pieces.

Blend the Milkshake

  • Add the chopped apples and a small amount of cold milk to a blender. Blend until mostly smooth.
  • Add the remaining milk, sugar, and cardamom powder to the blender. Blend until completely smooth and creamy. If using soaked almonds, add them now and blend thoroughly.

Chill and Serve

  • If desired, add a handful of ice cubes and blend briefly for a colder milkshake. Pour the milkshake into glasses. Garnish with a sprinkle of cinnamon powder, if desired. Serve immediately and enjoy!
