- Remove the pits from 4-6 Medjool dates.
Blending
- Combine the chopped apple, pitted dates, and 1 cup of milk in a blender. Blend until completely smooth and creamy.
Sweetening & Serving
- Add 1 tablespoon of honey (or sugar) and blend again to combine. If the milkshake is too thick, add more milk, a tablespoon at a time, until you reach your desired consistency. If you like, add 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla extract for extra flavor. Add ice for a colder shake. Pour into glasses and serve immediately. Enjoy!
