Bread & Cheese
- 4 slices Bread your favorite bread; sourdough or whole wheat recommended
- 1 cup Mozzarella Cheese grated
Vegetables
- 1 medium Carrot grated
- 1 medium Bell Peppers any color; grated
Instructions
Prepare the Vegetables
- Wash, peel, and grate the carrot and bell pepper. Grate the mozzarella cheese.
Assemble the Sandwich
- Lay out two slices of bread. On one slice, layer half of the grated mozzarella cheese, followed by the grated carrot and bell pepper. Top with the remaining mozzarella cheese. Sprinkle with salt and black pepper.
Grill the Sandwich
