Ingredients

- 2 cup Sprouts use a combination of mung beans, and cowpeas for optimal nutrition. ensure sprouts are well-drained., black chickpeas, mixed
- 1/2 cup Bansi Rava alternatively, use fine semolina (rava) or wheat rava.
- 1/2 cup Water add more as needed to achieve desired batter consistency.
- 2 Carrots grated
- 3 Chilies finely chopped, green
- 1/2 inch Ginger finely grated
- 1.5 tsp Salt adjust to taste
For Serving
- Chutney Of Your Choice coconut chutney, or sambar are excellent choices., tomato chutney
Instructions
Prepare the Batter
- Wash and drain the sprouts thoroughly. Combine the sprouts, bansi rava, grated carrots, chopped green chilies, grated ginger, and salt in a blender.
- Add water gradually while blending until a smooth, slightly thick batter forms. The consistency should be similar to pancake batter.
- Let the batter rest for at least 10-15 minutes for the flavors to meld.
Cook the Dosa
- Heat a non-stick pan or griddle over medium heat.
- Pour 1/4 cup of batter onto the hot pan, spreading it thinly into a circular or oval shape.
