Ingredients
Sprouts & Vegetables
- 1 cup Moong Sprouts
- 1 Tomato diced
- 1/2 Onion finely chopped (optional)
Dressing & Spices
- 2 tbsp Lemon Juice
- 1/4 cup Mint Leaves fresh, roughly chopped
- 1/2 tsp Chaat Masala
- 1/4 tsp Chili Powder or to taste, red
- 1/2 tsp Salt or to taste
Optional additions
- 1 tbsp Coriander chopped (optional)
Instructions
Prepare the Ingredients
- Wash and drain the moong sprouts thoroughly. Dice the tomato and finely chop the onion (if using). Roughly chop the mint leaves and cilantro (if using).
Combine and Marinate
- In a medium bowl, combine the moong sprouts, tomato, onion (if using), mint leaves and cilantro (if using).
Dress the Salad
- Add the lemon juice, chaat masala, red chili powder, and salt. Mix gently to combine.
