  • 200 gm Fish Fillet (e.g., cod, firm, or haddock); ensure it's boneless and skinless, tilapia, white
  • 250 gm Hakka Noodles

  • Boil the fish fillet with 1/2 tsp salt and 1/8 tsp turmeric powder until cooked through. Drain, flake the fish, and set aside.

Cook the Noodles

  • Boil Hakka noodles according to package directions. Drain, toss with 1 tsp olive oil, and set aside.

Prep the Vegetables

  • Finely chop the onion, green bell pepper, and mince the garlic. Shred the cabbage and grate the carrot.

Sauté Aromatics

  • Heat 2 tsp olive oil in a wok or large pan over medium heat. Add fennel seeds and cook until they crackle.
