Paprika Spiced Potato souffle made in Coconut oil makes a deadly combination. Potatoes go perfectly with nutty flavour of coconut oil and tastes just yumm. It's smooth and spicy. The bread crumb coating gives a crunchy texture to the sides and top is crunchy. But the inside is feathery soft and melt in mouth. Not to forget it's nutritive value. I call it power packed breakfast souffle at home. My Mom simply loves this because she likes it very much and she hardly gets the eggy flavour. Do try it for weekend breakfast or brunch or as a side dish for lunch and dinner. Amazing isn't It!! 😍😍
